EXCHANGE AND REFUND

We accept exchange and refunds within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for either your item must be unused and in the original packaging and condition it was sent out in.

We do not offer exchange or refund on any item purchased on sale or purchased with a promo code (excluding Welcome discount).

Shipping costs for exchange and refund are covered by the buyer.

FAULTY PRODUCT

We hope you never receive a faulty item and are so sorry to hear you may have, we understand this is really disappointing.

So we are able to best assist you, please email your order number, images of the fault and a small description.

If your garment is deemed to have a fault, you will have the option of a replacement, refund or store credit.
