Orders are processed Monday to Friday and will be dispatched within 1 business day.
Orders within Australia will take 2-5 business days.
Please provide a daytime address as you will be required to sign for your order. If you are not home at the time of delivery the driver will leave a card to arrange collection or re-delivery.
International orders will take 7-21 business days. They will be sent via Registered International Post and will require signature on delivery.
Any exchanges from outside of Australia will require an additional international shipping fee.
INCORRECT ADDRESS / RE-DELIVERY TERMS
Once processed, addresses cannot be changed. You will be required to pay for your item to be re-delivered. We will not cancel and refund your order.
If a delivery attempt has been made and the item is returned to us, you will be required to pay for re-delivery of $10 AUS. To prevent this from happening please look out for any delivery attempt notifications left by your local postal service.
Please note we cannot be held accountable for items which have been marked as delivered but have not been received, or if you have not received a delivery attempt notification card from your local postage service.
